Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnifPost. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use SnifPost.

SnifPost helps solo founders monitor X for posts that match product-related keywords, draft link-free replies with AI, and send those replies automatically or after manual approval.

We may update features, limits, or availability at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must have a valid X account that you are authorized to connect to SnifPost.

You are responsible for complying with X's terms, rules, and policies when using SnifPost.

You agree not to use SnifPost for spam, harassment, deceptive outreach, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform rules.

SnifPost is designed to keep replies URL-free to reduce spam risk. You remain responsible for the content sent from your connected X account.

You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse monitoring infrastructure, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Paid plans (Solo and Growth) are billed monthly or annually through Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar is the legal seller for self-serve subscriptions, processes payments, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and handles refunds and chargebacks according to its policies and applicable law. Prices, trial length, and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Solo and Growth include a 7-day free trial where stated. Trial usage is capped below paid-plan limits for monitors, replies, and AI-screened posts. After the trial, your subscription renews unless canceled through Dashboard → Settings → Cancel subscription or the Polar customer billing portal linked from your account.

Plan limits — including products, active monitors, monthly replies, monthly AI-screened posts, and feature access — are enforced automatically. Outreach may pause when limits are reached until the next UTC calendar month or an upgrade.

Scale is offered on a contact-sales basis starting at $249/month with separate terms agreed outside self-serve checkout.

SnifPost uses AI to draft replies based on tweet context and your product profile. Drafts may be inaccurate or inappropriate in edge cases.

If you use auto mode, you accept responsibility for replies sent from your account. We recommend approval mode until you are confident in the tone and quality of drafts.

SnifPost and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

SnifPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific outreach results, reply volume, account growth, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnifPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using SnifPost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or platforms, or if required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or forums permitted by that law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protections where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
